Una finca perfecta para disfrutar de unos días de relax cerca del mar. Dentro de la finca hay una casa y un apartamento que unidos tienen  una capacidad total de 10 personas.

La casa y el apartamento  se alquilan juntos.

La casa grande es de una sola planta, tonos neutros y armónicos son utilizados en su decoración sumándole luminosidad. El salón consigue un escenario cálido y confortable, y en las cuatro habitaciones se ha creado un espacio vital y acogedor.

This property is perfect for relaxing near the sea. There is a house and apartment that sleep 10 people in total. The homes are not rented out separately.

The larger one-story house is decorated with pleasant neutral tones that add to its luminosity. There is a warm and welcoming living room and four comfortable bedrooms.

The kitchen opens out on to the exterior where there is a barbecue area and a large outdoor dining table.

There is a lovely swimming pool on the property set in a lush lawn where one can enjoy the peace and quiet of the garden.

The apartment has two floors and has a separate entrance from the house. On the first floor, there is a main bedroom and a large terrace with a beautiful view.

On the ground floor, there is an open space consisting of the kitchen and living/dining area. The bathroom boasts a hydro-massage shower.

The huge outdoor space allows for several cars to park in the private parking area. This holiday accommodation can be enjoyed all year round.

The property is just a 10-minute drive from the village of Conil. This village and its surroundings is a wonderful place to visit with kilometre-long sandy beaches, nature reserves and fantastic seafood culture. The fishing port and lighthouse at Cabo de Roche are also 10 minutes away and are well-worth a visit for the spectacular views.

Kitchen Both kitchens have a washing machine, glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave, an oven, coffee maker, a toaster, a blender, side tables. The main house has a dishwasher.
Living/dining room Living room with large windows, a sofa, dining area, coffee tables and TV. Small living room with a sofa and dining table.
Bedrooms The main house has 4 bedrooms: 2 with double beds (1.5m) and 2 with single beds (0.9m) (one is a bunkbed). The apartment has a double bed (1.35m).
Bathroom Fully-equipped bathrooms in both houses.
Outside The swimming pool and sunbathing area has sun loungers and sun umbrellas. The lawn area has a barbecue, table and chairs. Covered parking area.
